Mô tả việc làm* Work location: Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam* Job type: full time permanent* Employee type: local VietnamesePOSITION SUMMARYScope, schedule and supervise maintenance of boiler & ESP mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose symptoms to determine causes of abnormal operation to be able to specify adequate corrective action. Maintain manuals, procedures, historical information, CMMS and inspection records ensuring adequate update. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:• Perform maintenance duties in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.• Based on experience, equipment history and O&M manuals establish scope, frequency and method for preventive (systematic and on-condition) and corrective maintenance tasks on boilers and related mechanical equipment.• Specify and procure mechanical spares and services as required.• Supervise work on attributed system ensuring safe, effective and efficient implementation of work method statement.• Prepare, maintain and update documentation, reports and CMMS as required.• Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.* VAPCO is a fair Employer. We thank you all candidates, but only the shortlisted will be contacted for interviews.* Candidates are encouraged to visit our website to understand about us.Yêu cầu công việcEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS• Mechanical or chemical Bachelor Engineering Degree required.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial environment including maintenance engineering of plant mechanical equipment and maintenance work planning.• Available to work overtime, weekends and shift work if necessary.• Ability to conduct Planning and problem analysis regarding Boiler or mechanical Part of the supercritical coal power plant.• Ability to Interpret Mechanical drawing, Hydraulic drawing, Vibration trend and the Result of diagnosis of mechanical troubles.• Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance for Mechanical facilities such as Boiler, Boiler auxiliaries, etc.• Prefer a certificate of completion on mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal combustion theory and thermal dynamic theory.• Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of Boiler, Boiler auxiliary of Super critical coal fired power plant• A certificate of completion for training courses on the structure and basic principle of Boiler facilities such as Mill, Axial fan, Air preheating system, and Coal burning system.• Possess advanced level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate.
