Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager (Manufacturing, $1200, ID17015)
Lead the Mechanical Team in designing and developing innovative automated machinery, such as sewing and loading machines, to meet the Company’s dynamic growth and evolving needs.
Oversee the entire range of mechanical operations, from innovation and testing to component production, assembly, and maintenance.
Plan and coordinate the production and assembly schedules for mechanical components to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and developments in garment-related machinery, providing recommendations and analysis to management regarding potential new equipment adoption.
Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the Company’s needs.
Requirement
Male/Female.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience in mechanical innovation and production, preferably in garment manufacturing (less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager).
Strong knowledge of machinery for woven and knit garment production.
Proficient in English (Korean is a plus).
Willing to station in the factory in Thanh Hoa Province.
