Mô tả việc làm+ Work location: Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh, Vietnam+ Employee type: local Vietnamese+ Job type: full time permanentPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:• Plan and implement programs to train facility staff in work site quality practices.• Compile and submit reports required by regulatory agencies and corporate personnel.• Act as the subject matter expert regarding quality and governmental regulations for the plant.• Develop and implement Quality plans, policies, and procedures in compliance with local, regional, and national laws and regulations, including document control of Drawing & Document Control Center (DDCC) Library and certification attainment.• Test plan and checklist based on project specifications.• Perform quality audits per the required schedule.• Monitor and record all site/ plant activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.• Carry out audits for ISO 9001 and recommended the necessary corrective action and measures.• Monitor and control all nonconformance issues and undertake remedial action.• Ensure safety is adhered to at the site /plant.• Support management and staff with QA services, as requested.• Develop and provide training QA related topics and assists the resolutions of quality related problems.• Plans and performs quality control inspections.• Review procurement documents to ensure appropriate quality controls are specified.• Perform other duties as assigned.++ VAPCO is a fair Employer.
