Dream Job Alert! $1200/month salary awaits! We’re hiring a SMT Process Design Engineer (Electronics, ID17278) for a foreign investment company:
Plan trial production and mass production for new project products;
Ability to develop handling tools, improve productivity, and perform online failure analysis;
Develop new processes and test jigs and machining equipment;
Resolve product process issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions;
Provide technical support for machine transfer on the production line and eliminate quality abnormalities;
Train technicians to improve their skills;
Edit production-related technical documents, process flow diagrams, SOPs, PMP, DOE reports, etc.;
Define process flow or process parameters related to SMT;
Respond to FACA for various abnormalities in the process
Requirement
Male, under 37 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
3 years of experience in designing SMT processes for electronic products; able to understand drawings, analyze drawing tolerances, and design processes and jigs based on drawings.
Proficient in English and Chinese
