Formulating and executing Human Resource objectives and procedures to ensure recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance of executive and above employees thereby, supporting organizational requirements.
Setup the HR system including the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Manage recruitment of executive and above employees; drive recruitment campaigns and programs with universities, on social media channels, and liaise with head-hunters to fulfil
requirements
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Develop and drive L&D roadmap for all levels of employees, including leadership training, technical training programs, executive development programs, soft skills, and language
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Oversee performance review cycles of all executive and above employees and meet completion targets set by the Group/divisional team based in China.

Manager succession planning process for newly factory in Vietnam, together with department heads and senior leaders as well as divisional team, while aligning to the Group’s standardized succession planning process.
Review and finalize department structures and roles periodically ensuring alignment with the latest business model for both existing and future requirements of the organization to ensure standardization of structure evaluations across all front-end teams as per set Group structure guidelines.
Drive initiatives to ensure open culture in line with the organization’s values and behaviours

Proficient in English (4 skills)
Hands-on and overall management. Experience in setting up new factory is a plus.
