Mô tả việc làm* Work location: Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam* Job type: full time permanent* Employee type: local VietnamesePOSITION SUMMARYResponsible for installation, programming, troubleshooting, upkeep and repair of plant control systems and components of all technologies (pneumatic, electric, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, etc.) including data collection, transmission, and processing within plant sensors, devices, computers, and control systems in the control room and elsewhere in the plant. Responsible for calibrating all meters, transmitters, gauges, flowmeters, and other electrical and pneumatic devices. Responsible for maintenance of the plant’s DCS system and other control loops for plant processes. Works closely with operations staff and other plant engineers. Maintain manuals, procedures, historical information, CMMS and inspection records ensuring adequate update. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDuties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:• Perform maintenance duties in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.• Based on experience, equipment history and O&M manuals establish scope, frequency and method for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on I&C (boiler/ turbine) and related control equipment.• Specify and procure I&C (boiler/ turbine) spares and services as required.• Supervise work on attributed system ensuring safe, effective and efficient implementation of work method statement.• Prepare, maintain and update documentation, reports and CMMS as required.• Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.* VAPCO is a fair Employer. We thank you all candidates, but only the shortlisted will be contacted for interviews.* Candidates are encouraged to visit our website to understand about us.Yêu cầu công việcEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS• Electrical, electronic, information, mechanical, chemical or similar Engineering Bachelor Degree is required.• Minimum 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial environment including maintenance engineering of plant I&C (boiler/ turbine) equipment and maintenance work planning.• Available to work overtime, weekends and shift work if necessary.• Interpret DCS logic drawing, P&I drawing, PLC ladder drawing and Electrical single line drawing• Familiar with P&ID drawing, Calibration and periodic maintenance for local instruments and commonly used monitoring system such as Furnace monitoring system, Vibration analysis, transmitters, etc.• Ability to use instrument equipment such as Calibrator, Tester, Oscilloscope, Recorder.• Prefer a certificate of completion related to DCS, TCS, PLC Systems, Computer application system.• Prefer a certificate of completion on the training course related to O&M for super critical coal power plant.• Prefer a certificate of completion for training courses on Process Control such as PID tuning, the basic principle of instrument sensors and the basic measuring theory of local instruments.• Possess advanced level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate.
